题目：On multi-dimensional rarefaction waves

内容简介：We study the two-dimensional acoustical rarefaction waves under the irrotational assumptions. We provide a new energy estimate without loss of derivatives. We also give a detailed geometric description of the rarefaction wave fronts. As an application, we show that the Riemann problem is structurally stable in the regime of two families of rarefaction waves. This is a joint work with Prof. Pin Yu in Tsinghua University.

报告人简介：罗天文，博士毕业于香港中文大学，现于华南师范大学数学科学学院工作，主要从事流体偏微分方程的研究，主持及参与多项国家自然科学基金。
