题 目:Resurgent theory from the QFT perspective
内容简介:Resurgent theory was originally developed by French mathematician Jean Ecalle to prove Dulac conjecture about finiteness of limiting cycles in ODEs, and it immediately found applications in quantum mechanics which is now called exact WKB analysis. The theory develops steadily during last three decades with many beautiful algebraic structures unrivaled. Recently, it exerts many activities in quantum field theory and topological string theory. In this talk, I will review the basics of resurgence theory including alien derivatives and transseries, then a typical interplay with gauge theory, namely the Witten-Reshetikhin-Turaev (WRT) invariants in Chern-Simons theory. The talk is partially based on joint works with Li HAN, Yong LI and David SAUZIN.

报告人简介:首都师范大学教授、博导,博士毕业于南开大学,研究方向为辛几何与辛拓扑、天体力学、数学物理,曾多次主持国家自然科学基金项目、参与国家自然科学基金重点项目,在《Advances in Math.》《Comm. in Math. Phys.》等一流学术期刊上发表多篇论文。
