2016年2月和2019年2月毕业于韩国全北国立大学半导体与化学工程学院，分别获得工学硕士、工学博士学位，师从著名的韩国科学院院士Yoon-Bong Hahn教授。博士毕业后，继续留课题组开展为期半年多的博士后研究工作。

       目前已经授权1个韩国国家专利 (专利号：10-1795774)，共发表SCI论文10余篇。在韩国留学期间分别在美国，加拿大，日本，新加坡，韩国等国家参加了许多国际学术会议，并且多次进行小组发表，其中在6次国际学术会议中获得了最佳论文奖(Best Poster Awards)。
