麦耀华

麦耀华博士长期从事太阳能电池材料、器件、应用和产业化的研究,发表论文50余篇,在行业内具有较广泛影响,其中一篇为薄膜硅太阳电池领域2005年来SCI他人引用次数最多的文章;于2005年打破了单结微晶硅pin电池的转换效率世界记录。

2007年12月至2013年8月,作为共同创始人与天威保变成立保定天威薄膜光伏有限公司,担任董事、首席技术官,主管工艺、技术、研发和质量等工作,具有多年的研发组织和实施、企业运营和管理的经验。目前公司拥有非晶/微晶硅叠层太阳电池组件年产能75MW,在转换效率、产品质量和成本控制方面处于行业先进水平。公司成功获得“高新技术企业”称号,拥有河北省薄膜光伏技术工程中心。目前总共获得授权专利37余项,其中发明专利12项,国际专利1项,多项新技术和产品通过省级以上鉴定,并在大规模量产中得到应用,带来新增产值数亿元。作为SEMI(中国)光伏标准委员会核心委员,麦耀华博士曾主持和参与多项国际和国家标准的编制。

2013年8月起,麦耀华博士担任河北大学光伏技术研究中心主任。

麦耀华博士于2009年获得中组部“千人计划”国家特聘专家(创新类)称号,2010年荣获河北省“青年五四奖章”。
